Your stay begins with a visit to Tangier, whose superb bay faces Gibraltar: Cape Spartelle and the Caves of Hercules, the new town and the Grand Socco. Lunch on your own,
Departure for Fes via Chefchaouen. In the heart of the Rif, the beautiful Chefchaouen awaits you with its shaded squares, its cobbled streets climbing up the hillside and its painted houses.
Arrival in Fez at the end of the day. Installation at the hotel and dinner.
Visit of Fez, the spiritual capital of Morocco. Fez El Bali (the old) first and its historical monuments: the Medrassa Attarine, the Qarawiyyine Mosque, one of the oldest universities in the world (9th century), the Nejjarine Fountain, the dyers’ leather district and the souqs. Lunch in an old palace in the medina. In the afternoon: visit of Fez El Jedid (the new one), its enclosure and the Royal Palace.

After breakfast departure to Merzouga via Ifrane and Midelt.
Ifrane is a city located in the Middle Atlas Mountains in Morocco. It is renowned for its Alpine-style architecture and nearby ski slopes and forests. The stone statue of the lion, near the verdant La Prairie Park, is a symbol. At the exit of the city is the source of Ain Vittel and its multiple waterfalls.

Very early in the morning, opportunity to watch the sunrise in the famous sand dunes of Merzouga.
Departure for Ouarzazate the gateway to the Great South, located at the confluence of the Draa and Dades valleys, nicknamed the road of the “Thousand Kasbahs”. A sublime landscape unfolds: fortified villages in beaten earth, kasbahs, ksours… Lunch on your own.

Visit the Kasbah of Taourirt and departure to Marrakech with a stop to visit the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, the setting for the filming of many film productions and classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Continuation to Marrakech crossing the High Atlas chain by the Tizin-Tichka pass, the highest in the country (2260 m altitude)

Morning excursion to the Ourika Valley, one of the best preserved valleys in Morocco and populated by Berber tribes. The season when the scenery is most wonderful is spring, when the oleanders are in bloom. The road ends in a dead end at Setti Fatma, located at an altitude of 1500 meters at the foot of a massif served only by mule tracks.
Afternoon visit of Marrakech the “pearl of the South”: among its jewels, you can discover the Menara gardens and the Koutoubia mosque (12th century), the medina, the historic heart of the city, where you can stroll on the famous Jemaa El Fna square (classified as an oral heritage of humanity by UNESCO) to meet, through the endless souks in bright colors, tanners, dyers, blacksmiths, leather workers and other spice merchants.
Dinner is planned at Chez Ali restaurant with entertainment.

Its fortifications, with their bastions and ramparts, are an early example of Portuguese military architecture. The Portuguese buildings still visible are the Portuguese cistern, the Portuguese fortress of Mazagan and the Church of the Assumption.
